Villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with connecting full baths creating three suites for privacy. In addition there is a half bath off the living room.

Master Bedroom - has two twin beds that can be turned in to a king sized bed with king sized mattress with private balcony.
Second Floor Bedroom - queen sized bed and cable TV.

First Floor Bedroom - queen sized bed.

In addition we have 3-4 twin mattresses for additional guests.
Living Room and Sitting areas have pull out sofas that can be used as well. Living room has cable TV with internet access and a comfortable seating area with coffee table.
Right outside the living room is a breezy patio with hammock, comfy garden chairs and dining table overlooking the pool and lake.
Dining Room includes an elegant large table that can easily accommodate 8 people.
Full Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, refigerator, oven, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils.  It is fun to have a casual breakfast at the kitchen island bar or on the patio.
